Bakers can also appreciate our liquid egg whites because of the extremely low fat percentage and the good whipping properties! Ideal for creating protein foam for pies, meringues or macarons! In addition, the protein is suitable for making the tastiest desserts, cocktails, protein shakes and other (healthy) drinks.
Thanks to the easy-to-open and resealable Tetrapak® packaging, you never use more than you need. Food safety and traceability are our main pillars. Only fresh barn eggs from our own poultry farms are used for this product. This gives you the reassurance that an optimal food-safe product has been produced.

We pay a lot of attention to the food safety and traceability of our product. This means that only fresh free-range eggs from our own poultry farms are used. With this we guarantee your delivery, even in times of bird flu situations or other calamities! That is of course reassuring for you… Moreover, the product is only delivered to you with our own trucks.Thanks to our unique and patented production process, our sterile egg white can be placed unconditioned next to the eggs on the shelf. This saves you space in the expensive and limited available refrigerated shelf. With a long expiry date and short delivery times, we can supply you flexibly at all times.
